Kitchen Manager
(full time, 18 or older)

Belle’s Kitchen is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all back-of-house operations. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing the kitchen team

  • Ensuring excellent quality of all food preparation and presentation

  • Maintaining high standards of sanitation, organization, and cleanliness

  • Coordinating inventory and placing supply orders

  • Enforcing proper safety and regulation compliance

  • Providing input on menu design and planning

  • Monitoring labor and food costs and managing budgets

  • Fostering positive working relationships with FOH staff
