Belle’s Kitchen is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all back-of-house operations. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing and developing the kitchen team

Ensuring excellent quality of all food preparation and presentation

Maintaining high standards of sanitation, organization, and cleanliness

Coordinating inventory and placing supply orders

Enforcing proper safety and regulation compliance

Providing input on menu design and planning

Monitoring labor and food costs and managing budgets

Fostering positive working relationships with FOH staff
